How You'll Contribute : Develop a preliminary budget estimate and funding strategy to ensure the project's financial feasibility.
Develop a preliminary cost estimate based on the evolving design concepts.
Develop a detailed cost estimate based on the refined design, including materials, labor, and other costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality or functionality.
Provide preliminary cost advice based on the initial project brief and site analysis to help the client set a budget range.
Develop a cost planning strategy that aligns with the project's objectives, complexity, and potential risks.
Facilitate a value engineering workshop to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Develop a detailed cost plan based on the refined project brief, including anticipated costs for design, construction, and other project phases.
Create a cost management plan outlining procedures, responsibilities, and reporting mechanisms for cost control.
Conduct benchmarking against similar projects to ensure the cost plan is realistic and competitive.
